繁昌窑创烧于五代，北宋时以烧制青白瓷而著称，宋末废毁。前后经营达300多年，对景德镇等南方地区青白瓷的兴起曾产生过重要影响。窑址散布于繁昌县境内，其中以柯家冲窑和骆冲窑最具代表性。繁昌窑址的发现与研究，对探索境内陶瓷生产史及在南北瓷系的交流传播中的地位具有重要的价值。2001年国务院公布为第五批全国重点文物保护单位。《繁昌窑青白瓷集萃(精)》由徐繁编著，本书精选繁昌窑青白瓷器200余件，配以360余幅彩片，力争展现繁昌窑青白瓷的整体面貌。
