Jingshan Hill, the highest-ranking palatial garden in China, is the important component of the imperial palace of Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasty and it is also the oldest and best-preserved garden in Beijing. It is located in the centre of Beijing City, on the central point of the north-south central axis, being called ""palace barrier and urban forest"". Jingshan Hill Park covers an area of 230000 square meters and Jingshan Hill is 94.2 meters above the sea level with the relative height of 45.7 meters.
