Shanghai Jinshan peasent painting is one of the new beautiful flowers in the abundant and colorful Jiangnan folk art garden. In 1970, under the careful guidance of the art tutors in the cultural centre, a batch of local peasant women capable of embroidery and knitting painted one after another peasant paintings full of pureness and graceful bearing. This set of postcards selects some masterpieces of these folk paintings and presents an image of country life.
