Each lesson of this book is designed with a central topic and two short conversations around this central topic, involving different scenarios and activities. The main volume consists of 3 units and each unit has 5 lessons. The whole book includes 15 lessons and each lesson contains two dialogical style texts. The fifth lesson is unit review in the form of Catherine's diary to summarize the content of the unit; the unit review is in narrative style.
