The history of snuff bottles in China over 400 years.In the Qing Dynasty snuff bottles used to be regarded as precious gifts in international contacts.Snuff bottles are made of a wide variety of materials. These include coral, ivory, jade, jadeite, mother of pearl, lapis lazuli, quartz, malachite, agate, turquoise as well as gold, silver and many more exotic materials. The 54 pieces we selected for this poker are the most percious ones in the Palace Museum.
