Administrative Rules for Securities Offerings of Listed Companies
Article 1 To provide standards for the issuance of securities by listed companies and protect legal rights of investors and interests of social public, the Rules is hereby formulated according to P.R.C Securities Law and P.R.C Company Law.
Article 2 The Rules are applicable to those listed companies that issue securities domestically.
Securities mentioned in the Rules refer to the following types:
1. Stocks;
2. Convertible bonds;
Other types approved by CSRC.
