In order to meet the demands of the social public for the latest statistical information at national and regional level, China Economic Monitoring & Analysis Center of the National Bureau of Statistics has compiled "The Collection of Statistics on China Economy and Social Development 2005-2006" (Chinese-English edition, hereinafter called "The Collection").
