This self-pickup service is provided by SF Express, which is currently only available for orders shipping to Hong Kong.
By using this option, we will ship your order to your specific SF Express stores, service centers, or EF locker, and then you will be able to pick it up.
How can I use this shipping option?
- When you checkout, please choose "Self Pickup from SF Express Stores" from the available shipping option list, and leave the SF store point code in the Comment section. Please also leave a valid Hong Kong local mobile number.
- Once your order is shipped, we will email you an SF Express tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check if your order has reached specified SF Express location.
- When your parcel arrived, SF Express will contact you via phone or SMS.
- Once contacted by SF Express, please pick up the order within 3 days. Orders not picked up will be returned to us, and our Customer Service Team will contact you for reshipment arrangements and reshipping fees.
