How long does it take to upgrade my premium account after I purchase it?
Once your payment has been received, your Premium Account will be activated immediately.
Do I currently have a Premium account?
If you have an active premium subscription, you will see a Pro label after your name on the top right of the screen.
How can I check the expiration date?
Please goto My Tools - Setting page, and click on the "Pro Account" tab, you will see expire date of your subscription.
Do you offer a free trial?
Sorry, we do not offer a free trial, but we provide monthly subscription option, so you may cancel at any time with a minimum of 1 month billing.
What happens to my saved items after my Premium account expires?
When your Premium account expires, you will only lose access to the Premium functions. But your saved items don't expires, you can still access them.
Usage of generated materials
You can use these generated materials for personal/classroom use, but they can't be used for commercial use without Purple Culture's prior written permission, which means you can't sell them.
You may post the generated materials on your own website or social media sites, but please make sure to credit us by adding a link to https://www.purpleculture.net.
