As requested by The Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance of Taiwan, effective from 16 January 2020, all Taiwan individual imported shipments require real-name authentication.

If you are an individual with household registration in Taiwan, pleas download the “EZ WAY” real-name authentication APP (Android download / iOS download) on mobile phone and perform the online authentication registration. Personal shipment without real-name authentication and confirmation of the corresponding consignee would not be accepted for import customs clearance.

For you are a foreigner in Taiwan (non-ROC citizens), please provide your passport number and your full name shown on the passport.
