1.Any significant matters as follows related to the legal reprehensive banks shall be filed to us 10 days in advance:
1) Changes in form of organization, amendments to articles of association, changes in registered capital and company name, where official announcement on them is made public;
2) Above (include) 5% changes in share capital, signature of stock joint agreements or stock transfer agreement
