Convention on the Decorous Service of China Banking Sector (中国银行业《文明服务公约》)
Article 1 The convention is negotiated through joint consultations by members of China Banking Association in order to further standardize the service activities of banking employees, to raise the service quality and level of banking sector in an all-round way, to set up a satisfactory social image of banking sector, to facilitate the healthy development of operations of banking sector financial institutions and to promote the building of socialist harmonious society.

Rights Protection Convention of China Banking Sector 《维权公约》
Article 1 To protect the legal rights of banking sector, stop and verify any actions that impair the legal rights of member unities and improve the operational environment of banking sector, hence under the mutual negotiation of members of China Banking Association This Convention is formulated according to The General Principles of Civil Law of P. R.C, Contract Law of P.R.C., Law of P.R.C on Banking Supervision and Regulation, P.R. C Commercial Bank Law and Guidelines for China Banking Association and other related laws and regulations.

Self-Discipline Convention of China's Banking Sector 《自律公约》
Article 1 To ensure banks operate legally, protect the rational, orderly and fair market environment, mutually fight against unfair competition and promote a sound operation of the whole banking sector, hence under the mutual negotiation of members of China Banking Association This Convention is formulated according to Commercial Bank Law of P.R.C, Anti Unfair Competition Law of P.R.C and Working Guidelines of China Banking Association".
