To strengthen systemic, theoretical research on Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacythe Research Center compiled this book, Xu Bu, the then secretary-general, led thewriting and editing work, and the then deputy secretary-general Yu Jiang organized the writing work and handled the revision work, Wu Xiaodan, Wang Wenqi, and ZhangWeipeng were in charge of the framework design and overall manuscript editing. Theauthors and the respective chapters they wrote are: Wang Tianling (Chapter l), ChenWenbing (Chapter I, Wu Xiaodan (Chapter ), Xu Bu (Chapter IV), Zheng Xuefang(Chapter V), Wang Wenqi (Chapter V), Li Pingyi (Chapter VI), and Yu Jiang (ChapterVIll). Shen Zhongming, Pang Shanshan, Zhang Yuhuan, Yang Shouzheng, RenHongyan, He Dan, Jia Ding, and Zhang Xin participated in the editing and proofreadingof this book, This book embodies their understanding of the theoretical system andconnotations of the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind.
Since its publication in January 2024, this book has been so well received by thereaders that China Intercontinental Press has decided to reprint it. In accordance with theguiding principles from the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committeeand the Central Conference on Foreign Affairs held at the end of 2023, the compilationteam revised the manuscript under the guidance ofChen Bo, current secretary-general ofthe Research Center, and deputy secretary-general Ren Hongyan, Wu Xiaodan and WangWenqi were responsible for fnalizing the manuscript and reviewing the book. ChapterI and Chapter V were revised by Zhang Yuhuan and Zhang Weipeng respectively withthe authorization of their original authors, while the remaining chapters were revised by their original authors.The Policy Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Afairs did a lot of coordination and revision work for the publication of this book, and relevant departmentsof the Ministry provided valuable suggestions.
