This chapter includes two general reports which provided by International Statistical Information Center of National Bureau of Statistics and National Economic Reform Institute - China Reform Foundation respectively, four individual reports provided by Shanghai city and Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong province, and several contributing articles.
