5		yào 要 tǐ wù 体悟 sì 四 shèng 圣 dì 谛， wǒ men 我们 xū yào 需要 xiū xíng 修行 bā 八 zhèng dào 正道， yīn wèi 因为 bā 八 zhèng dào 正道 shì 是 hé 河 de 的 zhōng liú 中流。 To realize the FourNoble Truth we need the Noble Eightfold Path. This is the middle current of the river.
