溺 nì 婴 yīng (Trad.: 溺嬰)

to drown a newborn baby (as method of infanticide)

1		jìn zhǐ 禁止 nì yīng 溺婴、 qì yīng 弃婴 hé 和 qí tā 其他 cán hài 残害 yīng ér 婴儿 de 的 xíng wéi 行为。 Infant drowning, deserting and any other acts causing serious harm to infants and infanticide shall be prohibited.
2		zhōng guó 中国 fǎ lǜ 法律 míng què 明确 guī dìng 规定， jìn zhǐ 禁止 nì yīng 溺婴 hé 和 qí tā 其他 cán hài 残害 yīng ér 婴儿 de 的 xíng wéi 行为。 China's law clearly forbids the drowning of infants and other acts of killing them.
3		dì shí wǔ 第十五 tiáo 条 gǎi wéi 改为 dì èr shí yī 第二十一 tiáo 条， dì sì 第四 kuǎn 款 xiū gǎi 修改 wèi 为： “ jìn zhǐ 禁止 nì yīng 溺婴、 qì yīng 弃婴 hé 和 qí tā 其他 cán hài 残害 yīng ér 婴儿 de 的 xíng wéi 行为。 ” Article 15 shall be changed into Article 21. Paragraph 4 shall be revised as: "It shall be forbidden to drown or desert infants or commit any other act of killing infants."
