Some countries will do lots of checking on their data then issue improved data so it can be very difficult.

The next time a user logs in, the system checks against the historical data to determine how likely it is that the person is a hacker or user.

My only caution would be before we report things like this, checking would be good.

I promise I will check into these problems and find out if they were our fault.

They have to show us a verification regime that we can trust.
