| 1 | And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail. | |
| 2 | For the sons of this world are more shrewd in their generation than the sons of light. | |
| 3 | For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light. | |
| 4 | For the Pentagon, that is an indication that the country is a safer place than it was before. | |
| 5 | And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light. |
