| 1 | Whoever commits any of the crimes mentioned in thisChapter may concurrently be sentenced to confiscation of property. | |
| 2 | If the circumstances are especially serious, the offender shall be sentenced to death, and concurrently be sentenced to confiscation of property. | |
| 3 | If the circumstances are especially serious, the offender shall be sentenced to life imprisonment, and concurrently be sentenced to confiscation of property. | |
| 4 | For cases of a more serious nature, punishment shall be imprisonment of over three years and less than seven years, and a fine. | |
| 5 | Criminal contempt is crime that is punishable by fine or imprisonment or both. |
