1		shì yòng qī 试用期 bāo hán 包含 zài 在 láo dòng 劳动 hé tong 合同 qī xiàn 期限 nèi 内。 The probation period shall be contained in the term of labor contracts.
2		biàn gēng 变更 láo dòng 劳动 hé tong 合同， yīng dāng 应当 cǎi yòng 采用 shū miàn 书面 xíng shì 形式。 The alterations to the labor contract shall be made in written form.
