Our bulk order discount is up to 15% with a minimum purchase of 5 of a particular book or 20 assorted books. Any book you find on our website is qualified for bulk order discount, no starting price limit! Simply contact us to get a discounted bulk quote and to place your orders. We will reply promptly to arrange discounts or favorable payment terms for you or your organization.

How can I place a bulk order with purpleculture.net?

Placing a bulk order with Purple Culture is easy!  Simply send us an email at purple@purpleculture.net with the information such as book title, ISBN number, quantities, your shipping address, your shipping method preference, a contact email address and phone number, and any additional message, we will respond with a pricing/delivery quote and qualifying discount within 24 hours of receiving your request. Each quote is good for 20 days. Discount rates vary according to requested quantity. We offer better pricing for greater requested quantity. If I can not find the book I want from your website, does that mean it's not available?

Books displayed on our website are only a small portion of the thousands available in our inventory. If there is something you want but can't find, please e-mail us at purple@purpleculture.net. We will check the availability in our inventory or place special orders with the publishers. No extra fee is charged for availability verification.

The availability on the website does not apply to bulk orders. We may show a book as being in stock, but if we don't have enough of that item currently on hand to fill your order, we will need to go through one of our suppliers or the publishers. Unless otherwise specified, out-of-stock books will be placed in back order status and will be filled as soon as possible.

Can I get a shipping discount or bulk order as well?

The shipping charges will be negotiated with our carriers for each individual order, but rest assured that the shipping charges on bulk orders will be cheaper than what shows up if you use our automated website-based shipping calculator when you add the books to the 'shopping cart'. However, our shipping discounts allow us to provide low-cost international shipping on all bulk orders. Shipping quote will be sent together with purchase pricing and discount rates of receiving your request.

What options do I have to pay my bill?

We accept major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express). We also offer wire transfers and bank drafts as methods of payment. We will give you further instructions on payment after confirming the total cost of the purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for the wire transfer fee, and it is not included in the order price. Orders paid by check or money order will not be processed or shipped until payment clears our financial department. What is the return policy for bulk orders?

In keeping with the website's return policy, we do not accept returns of bulk orders once they have been delivered. Please be sure to read all available information about your requested products and confirm the information with us before placing your order. If you have any queries about a product's content, simply email us for assistance.

However, we accept replacement for shipping damaged or defective items. To ensure prompt replacement, please check your product upon arrival and report any problems to our customer service department immediately. You must contact us and obtain return authorization from a customer service representative before sending a return. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only. PurpleCulture or our partners will replace the product free of charge. Returned items must be in their original condition, free of creases, scratches, writing, stickers, or punctures. Corners should not be worn or bent. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns via air mail or insured parcel post. We cannot refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. Items should be returned in their original packaging or another corrugated cardboard box. Paper envelopes (including bubble packed) are not acceptable. Products must be carefully packed to prevent additional damage due to shifting in transit. Please include a copy of your invoice in the package.
