<div>This is a reference book on grammar for Chinese language learners at the beginning and intermediate level to study Chinese grammar. It also provides reference for Chinese language teachers. Simple diagrams are used in this book to demonstrate the characteristics and rules of Chinese grammar. With intuitiveness and vividness, it not only highlights the important and difficult parts, but also uses explanations of correct and wrong example sentences to help learners understand grammar points while using them.</div>

<b>About the Author</b><br />
Geng Erling works at Tianjin University who is a Professor of School of Social Sciences and Foreign Languages and Director of MA Program in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics. His major research interests are Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language and Applied Linguistics.
