张斌主编的《浦东法院知识产权精品案例集--纪念浦东法院知识产权三合一审判20周年(中英对照本)》收集的38篇案例是从1996年至2016年二十年间上海浦东新区人民法院审结的8000余件知识产权案件中精选而来，主要由浦东法院审判经验丰富的知识产权法官撰写，具有一定的代表性、典型性和指导性。案件类型覆盖著作权、商标权、不正当竞争等民事案件以及知识产权刑事、行政案件，集中展示了浦东法院知识产权审判的思路和水平。

张斌，三级高级法官，现任上海市浦东新区人民法院院长，上海市浦东新区人民法院审委会委员。

About Author
Tarrant M.Mahony is an Associate Professor of Law in the Temple University Beasley School of Law LLM Program in Beijing and a Specially Invited Professor of Law at Tsinghua University School of Law. Professor Mahony received his J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law, and his B.A. in Asian Languages and Literature and M.A. in East Asian Studies from Stanford University. He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1995. Professor Mahony's primary teaching and research areas are International Business Transactions, US Property Law, and Chinese Foreign Investment Law. He has published numerous articles in American and international journals and periodicals in the fields of Chinese and international investment law.
