First, the "China Fishery Statistical Yearbook," the official publication year standard procedures. Start and end dates of their statistics: household income and expenditure survey of fishermen start and end time for the November 1, 2012 to October 31, 2013; national fisheries infrastructure conditions for the year ended December 31, 2013 the accumulated data; Fisheries Statistics OD time for the 2012 January 1 to December 31; other data start and end time of 2013 January 1 to December 31. First, statistics, ocean fisheries data in accordance with the statistical approach to ocean fisheries management; fish trade data from China Customs Statistics; fisheries infrastructure, fishery management, fisheries science and technology related to data from the Ministry of Agriculture statistics; technology promotion data sources At the National Fisheries Extension Center; rest of the data from 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the fisheries authorities and the China Agriculture Development Corporation. Third, the main statistical indicators for the year 2013 to perform statistical indicator system approved by the Executive of the National Bureau of Statistics (State control [2013] No. 115). Four units of measurement are used internationally standard measurement units. Involved in aquatic production figures all use of aquatic products in 1996 to develop a new standard statistical statistics. Fifth, some of the data to calculate the total number or relative error due to rounding number generated, are not adjusted. 'Six, the national statistics do not include Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan Province. Seven, the tables in the "space" indicates that the statistical indicators less than the minimal number of units, the data does not walk back and forth or no data. The first part of the Yearbook economic accounting, the fishermen household income and expenditure survey data for each region using household survey data for the new round of fishermen households, and historical data are not comparable. Eight out of the yearbook data if incorrect, please correct me in time.
