Zheng is an ancient plucked instrument of China with 21 or 25 strings. This is a collection of Chinese classical folk music of Zheng, solo played by Zhu Xingru, directed by Chen Xieyang, accompanyed by Shanghai Symphony Orchestra Group. The pieces included in are Butterfly Lover, the Red Sunrise of the Jinggang Hill, Evening Song of the Drunken Fisherboat, Little Heroical Sister of the Grassland, Minority Yi Dance, New Song from Dongting Lake.
