In  order  to  help  foreign  learners  understand  the  meanings  and usages of common Chinese col oquial idioms, the compiler col ects some commonly-used oral expressions and designs 20 situational dialogues. Brief explanations and appropriate example sentences are given, together with necessary exercises after the text.
